Vorpal Sword

The Vorpal Swords are pre-Hardmode melee weapons that are obtained after defeating the World Cracker. The cursed version is directly dropped from the World Cracker and can be uncursed at a Bewitching Table to make the regular version. Both versions have a custom double-swing attack and high amounts of armor penetration (with the regular version having 150 and the cursed 9999).

The cursed Vorpal Sword also inflicts Torn at a severity of 35% for one second and lunges the player forward where they swing. It also randomly attacks enemies that draw near the player if it is anywhere in the player's inventory other than the trash slot.

The best modifier for either version is Legendary.
